In today’s post I want to talk about the challenge that I will be starting today!
It is Joyce Meyer’s 30/30 Challenge. You can read all about it here.
In short, it is a challenge to read your bible for 30 minutes for 30 days. I have to admit that I struggle with reading the bible. I’m not consistent and I often find myself reading just to say that I did it. I read a scripture everyday thanks to the YouVersion Bible App’s scripture of the day, but I want to be more intentional.

I really want to change this going into the new year, but I didn’t want this to be a New Year’s resolution that I ended up forgetting about a month later. Hopefully, after doing this challenge reading my bible everyday will become a habit and something that I continue to do everyday without thinking about it.
I will try to share with you all the scriptures that I read in order to hold myself accountable. When you join the challenge, you can receive daily or weekly emails, study guides, and tips from Joyce Meyer. If you’re interested in doing this challenge, you can join here. Let’s make a commitment to studying the word of God everyday!
P.S. I’ve created a group on GroupMe so that we can encourage each other daily and hold one another accountable. If you’re interested in being in the group then click here after joining the challenge.
